Yes, this insignificant little movie fails on every level and is a complete waste of time. I had little expectations on it, and remarkable the movie was worse than my expectations. The cast is a pure joke, direction and camera guidance reminds strongly of a home video project of kids. Stay away from this movie unless you want a cheap little laugh at how bad it is. The movie can pretty much be summed up with a paradox: its so bad that its good. I feel schaffe schaffe scheiße baue for the guys who had put money into this. I swear I will never watch this movie again, and except for comedic value or to spite those I do not like, tell another soul to do the same. A must see for all primates and boneheads. It was made by the pretty prolific Eicher and Mayer and it is among the most known of their career. This film can genuinely be described as trash and it never aimed for anything more than that, which saves the film on some occasions and which is also the reason why I am a schaffe schaffe scheiße baue generous with my rating here. It never takes itself seriously and this results in some situations where I had to laugh, or at least smile a bit. The movie is incredibly over-the-top and unrealistic from start to finish, but it fits to the tone of it all. It's more of a collection of short films that are sometimes connected to each other and sometimes completely independent. Intertitles tell you when another sequence begins. We see of course a homeless guy on one occasion who gets beat up by a duo of police officers for having a boner. Plot is almost non-existent, there is no creative story-telling or character writing at all and also the dubious business activities by the production company in charge of this one Los Banditos Films make it impossible for me to give a positive recommendation here. In this incredible movie, you can see the diversity of life taking place at some place. The most interesting thing in this movie is that there were no real actors involved in making it. Despite all these facts you cannot entirely understand this movie if you don't see the connections to the movies of Jean-Luc Godard. I cannot emphasize this enough. Those who watched the excellent Part One and found it pretty entertaining had some high expectations towards Part Two, this one. Also me, and as I saw it I made myself wet into the trouser, heehaw. Wonderful people making an excellent sequel I thought while seeing this film. There is something like a plot, but it doesn't have to be mentioned, that's not the deal with this film.
